CASTLE FESTIVAL IN EDESHEIM

The unique ambience of Edesheim Castle with its open-air stage on the castle moat amidst vineyards was once again the dream setting for the best family entertainment. Launched in 1996, the Castle Festival enjoys greater popularity every year. Located at the southwest corner of the castle, the open-air theater overlooking the unique scenery of Edesheim Castle is truly without equal.
Up to ten events from all areas of the arts are presented each year on the open-air stage, located in the middle of the reconstructed castle moat (500 m² water surface).

From 2023 onwards, due to the lack of approval by the Edesheim municipal council, the castle festival can unfortunately no longer be carried out in a legally secure manner. We continue to strive and perhaps new options for this unique venue will arise again in the future.
